We are seeking a motivated and skilled Hardscape & Masonry Foreman to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Construct and install hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor living features using concrete, stone, brick, and pavers.
• Perform masonry work including laying bricks, blocks, stone veneer, and stucco with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and installing materials.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure construction progress aligns with plans and schedules while maintaining safety standards on-site.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Assist in the fabrication of custom masonry components and perform restoration or renovation tasks as needed.

Skills

• Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and pouring techniques.
• Skilled in using hand tools such as trowels, chisels, saws; power tools including drills, grinders, mixers; heavy equipment operation is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction management practices including estimating costs and managing project timelines.
• Ability to perform construction inspection to ensure quality control throughout each phase of work.
• Strong understanding of plumbing and electrical systems related to outdoor structures or renovations is advantageous.
