Honeoye Falls, NY (crews start from here; field-based at client job sites)

Travel

Daily local travel to and from job sites; company driving as needed

Schedule

Shifts beginat 7:00 AM start time Monday – Friday; candidates must be able to work overtime as needed. No Saturday work is required.

Salary

$19.50–$24.00/hour depending on experience; candidates with certain certifications or current CDL A or B licenses may be eligible for additional compensation.

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience

Self-starter and team player attitude is required. 1 year of landscape, construction, skilled-trades, or farm experience preferred – however we’ll train the right entry level candidate. Equipment experience (skid steers, loaders, excavators), the ability to read landscape plans is preferred. Valid driver’s license is required; ability to comply with DOT regulations and pass a DOT physical.

Role Description

Josh Landscape Co. is hiring to support our Property Care Bid Build Team this season. Our Bid Build crews are the people who turn a design into something real - installing mulch, plantings, stone, pavers, walls, drainage, and irrigation that hold up for years.

Working on a tight-knit crew of three to five people, you’ll plan each day with your Team Lead, understand the game plan, and execute it. Some of our strongest team members started with no landscaping experience at all - what they brought was a work ethic, often from a farm, a trade, or another hands-on job. We will train the right candidate who shows up, takes ownership, and wants to build a real skill set in hardscape, planting, drainage, and equipment operation.
