About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Hardscaping & Landscaping Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience selling both residential and commercial landscaping and hardscaping projects, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping customers bring their outdoor spaces to life.

This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, providing excellent earning potential for a self-motivated sales professional.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial sales opportunities.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend landscaping and hardscaping solutions.
• Prepare accurate proposals, estimates, and quotes.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Use CRM software to manage customer information, track opportunities, and document communications.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project completion.
• Represent the company professionally in the community and at customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential and commercial landscaping and/or hardscaping sales required.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping and hardscaping materials, design, and construction processes.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Experience using CRM software and creating professional quotes and proposals.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
