About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hardscape & Landscape Construction Team Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee daily construction operations, lead a crew of skilled professionals, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise a crew during hardscape and landscape installation projects. * Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and landscape designs. * Oversee the construction and installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, planting beds, and other landscape features. * Operate and maintain construction equipment, including skid steers, track loaders, excavators, and other job-site tools. * Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to company quality standards. * Train, mentor, and support crew members to improve performance and efficiency. * Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site at all times. * Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and company leadership regarding project progress and any on-site needs.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in hardscape and landscape construction required. * Leadership or crew management experience preferred. * Strong understanding of hardscape materials, installation methods, and landscape construction practices. * Ability to read and execute blueprints, project plans, and construction drawings. * Experience operating construction equipment and power tools. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational ski...
