Groundskeeper

We are seeking a reliable Grounds Keeper to maintain the overall condition, cleanliness, and functionality of a multi-family residential community.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain property grounds including trash removal, pet waste cleanup, weed removal, and minor landscaping

2. Process minor work orders in occupied units

3. Perform minor repairs in vacant units to prepare for move-ins

4. Assist with ice and snow removal as needed

5. Complete additional duties as assigned

Physical Demands

1. Ability to move appliances such as stackable washer/dryers with assistance and proper safety equipment

2. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Qualifications

1. Maintenance experience in residential or multi-family properties preferred

2. Knowledge of tools, appliances, and maintenance equipment

3. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

4. High school diploma or equivalent

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
