Groundskeeper

Homestead is looking for a rotating Groundskeeper to undertake the responsibility of maintaining the condition and functionality of our multi-family complex.

Responsibilities

* Regular property grounds maintenance including but not limited to:

* Trash clean up

* Pet waste clean up

* Weed clean up

* Minor landscaping

* Processing minor work orders for repairs in occupied units

* Performing minor repair tasks in vacant units to prepare them for move-ins

* Assist the team in ice and snow removal when required.

* Assisting other Vintage properties with Groundskeeper duties throughout the week.

* Additional duties as assigned

Physical Demands

* Move a stackable washer/dryer with assistance and with appropriate safety gear

* Ability to work in indoor and outdoor locations under multiple weather conditions.

Qualifications

* Maintenance experience in residential/multi-family properties or similar

* Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

* Driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule

Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm
