Groundskeeper

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

* Responsible for ensuring that the grounds, buildings, and common areas are up to PMC standards at all times. * Ensures that turnovers are completed in the allotted time and ready for move-in. * Assists with preventative maintenance items as needed. * Assists with Snow Removal as requested. * Ensures that the curb appeal of the property is maintained at all times, including the path to the models and office. * Assists in all other duties as requested. * Keeps storage and shop areas in a neat, clean, organized manner, per company color-coded program.

Qualifications

* Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours in an emergency situation. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Possess basic hand tools.

Work Requirements

* Must be within a reasonable distance from the property and able to travel to the site in inclement weather. * Must be available to respond to all major emergencies. * Must be able to provide valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
