Vintage Corporation is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team over at Heron Pointe Apartments! Must have great organization and communication skills. If you are a team player with a great attitude, please email your resume so we can learn more about you!

Responsibilities: * Maintain grounds including trash pickup, lawn care, etc. * Perform snow/ice removal * Collaborate with construction crews and other professionals for repairs and preventative maintenance * Report to manager or assistant manager any issues or preventative measures needed * Assist with scheduling vendors * Any other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements: * Knowledge of tools and common appliances * Experience using hand and electrical tools * Ability to read technical manuals and drawings * Very good communication and interpersonal skills * Physical stamina and dexterity * Ability to adapt to weather conditions

Qualifications: * Groundskeeper experience (preferred) in residential/multi-family properties or similar * Driver's license and reliable transportation
