Groundskeeper

We are looking for a full time Head Landscaper and Grounds Keeper for our estate. Our property is a beautiful 171 acres sitting on a 1 mile of riverfront, two stocked lakes, fruit trees, vegetable gardens, and small livestock. If you want to enjoy the outdoors this career is for you.

Daily

1. Water all Plants, Check irrigation timing

2. Prune & Trim Plants as Needed

3. Mow & Edge Grass

4. Stock fire pits

5. Animal care including goats, donkeys, chickens, stocked ponds

6. Maintain vegetation through activities such as mulching, fertilizing, watering, mowing, or pruning

7. Picking up any trash and cleaning out trash cans

8. Inventory supplies of tools, equipment, or materials to ensure that sufficient supplies are available and items are in usable condition

Weekly

1. Restock Fish/Duck/Chicken/Bison

2. Weekly Blooming Report

3. Deliver fruit, herbs, and vegetables at prime ripeness

Quarterly

4. Check Lighting for safety

5. Check Security Protocol Checklist

6. Check Pond health

7. Spray for weeds

8. Maintain the master plans and prints of the campus pertaining to buildings, roadways, pathways, parking lots, and utilities, including electrical, gas, water, telephones and service lines.

9. Ensures compliance with applicable rules, laws and policies including preset eco tourism standards

10. Identify diseases or pests affecting landscaping and order appropriate treatments

11. Coordinate with Bee & Sharecropping agreements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
