Position Summary:

The Groundskeeper will perform daily maintenance of the Thief River Falls Complex fields and the accompanying campus landscape. This position will be required to fulfill operations that include preparation and event staffing for all events.

This role pays an hourly rate of $13.00-$17.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until July 24, 2026. About the Venue:

The Thief River Falls Complex is a multi-venue complex in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. The complex includes the Ralph Engelstad Arena, Huck Olson Memorial Civic Center, the Multi Events Center, and the Thief River Falls Tourist Park. Responsibilities: * Perform daily responsibilities of game fields at Thief River Falls Complex along with the exterior landscape and the extended campus, which includes mowing, irrigation, fertilizing, pesticide applications, field painting, cultural turfgrass practices, equipment operation, and snow removal. * Scout game field, stadium, training fields, and exterior grounds for problems related to both turf health (pest stresses, etc.) and physical appearances of property (trash, damages, etc.) and report these issues to stadium management. * Operation of light-duty vehicles, mowers, tractors, etc., and light trucks with plows.
