Summary

The position is responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment in an efficient manner to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff in adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Landscape & Yard Maintenance

• Perform routine lawn care, including weeding, mowing, edging, aerating, fertilizing, and maintaining healthy turf.
• Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping features
• Trim and prune trees, hedges, and shrubs to maintain an attractive appearance, keep walkways clear, and prevent damage to buildings and property.
• Inspect, operate, and maintain irrigation systems and sprinklers to ensure proper watering of landscaped areas.

Upkeep & Facility Operations

• Remove litter, leaves, branches, and other debris from company grounds, sidewalks, and outdoor common areas.
• Empty outdoor trash receptacles and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Perform seasonal property maintenance, including cleaning HVAC exterior units, clearing gutters, and preparing grounds for changing weather conditions.
• Complete minor repairs to outdoor furniture, fencing, gates, signage, and other exterior property features in support of the Maintenance Coordinator.
• Inspect grounds regularly to identify safety hazards or maintenance concerns and report issues promptly.
• Assist the Maintenance Coordinator with facility improvement projects and other maintenance-related tasks
