Groundskeeper/Landscaper

Southshore HOA is looking for a dependable groundskeeper with strong work ethics and the desire to keep our grounds well maintained. We offer paid holidays and PTO. Job duties include but are not limited to:

Mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, irrigation and light maintenance.

Applicant must be able to lift 50lbs and feel comfortable wearing a backpack blower. One year landscaping experience is required; however, we will train all functions of the job.

This is a permanent position starting at $17/hr at 32 hrs/wk Monday through Thursday. There may be times that require more hours.

Background checks and drug screen is required prior to employment. Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation.
