Groundskeeper I

The Sinclair Groundskeeper I position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance, safety, and functionality of campus grounds and landscaped areas. Duties include inspecting and maintaining landscaping, irrigation systems, sidewalks, streets, signage, and other exterior campus features; performing routine maintenance on grounds equipment; and providing snow and ice removal during inclement weather. This position also assists with campus beautification projects and provides oversight and direction to part-time and student employees.

Principal Accountabilities
