This position is entrusted with repairing and maintaining the landscape around the Pillow campus grounds, buildings, and facilities. Responsibilities include planting, mowing, weeding, raking, trimming and pruning.RESPONSIBILITIES* Cutting and Maintaining Lawns and maintaining gravel pathways * Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf and irrigation on campus * Fertilizing lawn, trees, flowers and shrubs, and spreading mulch. * Trimming trees, hedges and shrubs, and preventing and eliminating weeds. * Spring cleaning, Leaf blowing, raking and picking up leaves * Collecting litter and debris from campus grounds * Clear gravel out of grass and replaces in pathways * Maintains Lawn mowers and other groundskeeping tools * Keeping pathway drainage clear of debris * Spotting and reporting other potential hazards around the campus to Director of Facilities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Minimum 1 year of experience in groundskeeping, maintenance or skilled trade. * Proficient in using manual and power tools safely * Ability to work independently and on a team * Valid driver’s license
