Hiring range for this position is $37,564.80 - $44,865.60. Initial placement for new employees is customarily at entry level through 35% percentile. Pay grade for this position is 12.

The typical work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This role may require occasional overtime and after-hours work as needed. Due to the essential nature of this position, the employee must be available for contact and may be required to report on-site during emergency situations. General Definition of Work:

Performs responsible semiskilled work in a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance assignments; frequently operates specialized and other equipment in connection with the tasks to which assigned; does related work as required. Work is performed under regular supervision of the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor.

Essential Functions/Typical Tasks

Mowing, seeding, planting, pruning, trimming, spraying and fertilizing grass, trees, shrubs, bushes, hedges and flowers; performing a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance activities; operating, maintaining and repairing equipment.
