Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and weedeating.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping duties.
• Dig and prepare areas for planting or other landscaping projects.
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Assist in garden maintenance tasks to enhance property aesthetics.
• Follow safety protocols while performing all maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and operating power tools.
• Familiarity with tree care practices and techniques is a plus.
