General Cleaner/Groundskeeper

Job Summary

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Cleaning of vacant units
• Maintain outdoor areas by trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and performing gardening duties to enhance landscape beauty.
• Conduct snow shoveling during winter months to ensure safe walkways and driveways.
• Assist with landscape projects including hardscape installation, tree trimming, and general support as needed.
• Perform regular inspections of grounds for hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly.
• Support seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, planting, pruning, or other horticultural activities to keep outdoor spaces vibrant year-round.

Skills

• Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools
• Ability to self direct and clean areas effectively
• Ability to perform snow removal efficiently during winter conditions.
