Experienced Mason / Luxury Residential Landscape Construction

About Us

We are looking for an experienced Mason / Landscape Construction Worker who understands the full process of landscape construction from start to finish. This role is for someone who has experience working on high-end residential properties and takes pride in clean, detailed, professional work.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair pavers, block walls, patios, walkways, stone features, and other masonry work
• Assist with luxury residential landscape construction projects from preparation to completion
• Follow plans, layouts, and project instructions with strong attention to detail
• Work closely with crew members to complete high-quality projects on time
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized, especially on residential properties
• Take initiative and help move projects forward without constant supervision
• Maintain high standards for quality, professionalism, and follow-through
• Respect client homes, property, and job site expectations at all times

Requirements

• 5+ years of masonry and/or landscape construction experience preferred
• Experience working on luxury residential properties is highly preferred
• Skilled in paver installation, block work, stonework, and general outdoor construction
• Knowledge of the full A-Z process of landscape construction is highly preferred
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow through on assigned work
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Must take pride in detailed, high-quality work
