Responsibilities

• Execute carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, window installation, and building material installation using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform landscaping duties such as hardscape construction, planting, grading, and site preparation to create visually appealing outdoor spaces.
• Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation, concrete forming, demolition, and site clearing to support construction activities.
• Conduct painting projects including construction painting, drywall finishing, plastering, stucco application, and surface preparation for aesthetic and protective purposes.
• Install plumbing systems such as piping, fixtures, and drainage while interpreting schematics and technical drawings to ensure compliance with standards.
• Read blueprints and construction plans accurately to guide installation of flooring, tile laying, masonry work, roofing, glass installation, and other building components.
• Maintain safety standards on-site by inspecting work areas regularly and adhering to all safety protocols during equipment operation and material handling.
