Experienced Landscape Laborer

City Wide Property Services, Inc. is looking for a Landscape Enhancement Installer to become part of our growing team in Rancho Cordova, CA 95670!

Job Summary

• Landscape Enhancement focuses on landscape enhancement projects on commercial properties, including planting, sod installation, minor irrigation repairs, drainage improvements, and hardscape construction.
• The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in landscape enhancement of all types requires to work in a physically demanding but team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial landscape enhancements including trees, shrubs, flowers, sod, mulch, gravel, boulders, and other materials.
• Daily use of shovels, picks, rakes, digging bars, and various power tools (chainsaws, etc.)
• Perform drainage system installation and repairs including cleaning and clearing of catch basins and lines.
• Repair and adjustments of irrigation systems, including PVC piping, sprinkler heads, valves, main (pressure lines) and timers (e.g., Hunter).
• Daily upload of landscape service photos at all sites into company Portal to provide visual documentation of site conditions and all completed work.
• Safely operate company vehicles and machinery to transport materials and equipment to job sites and execute the work efficiently.
• Work closely with Managers to ensure project quality and budget goals are met efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain, clean, and inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles according to company and safety standards.
• Ensure proper cleanup and restoration of job sites, daily, and upon the final project completion.
• Provide timely communication and resolution of any landscape enhancement issues.
• Manage, prioritize, and effectively complete all contracted services while staying within the allocated amount of time they have been scheduled for each service.
