• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining high-quality results.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members to develop their skills in horticulture, construction, and landscape maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored outdoor solutions.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Skills
