Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care, landscaping, and garden maintenance activities for your crew.
• Assign tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation setup, and tree care to team members based on project requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining high-quality results.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members to develop their skills in horticulture, construction, and landscape maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored outdoor solutions.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and safety during operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and lawn management.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques including planting, pruning, irrigation systems, and tree care.
• Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects such as retaining walls or hardscaping is a plus.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
