Full-time, 40 hours per week

Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch)

Occasional weekend work may be required

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Landscaper / Grounds Laborer to maintain multiple commercial properties throughout the Nashville area. This position performs lawn care, landscape maintenance, site cleanup, and other outdoor labor while supporting a Crew Leader. Key Responsibilities

• Perform general lawn and landscape maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, edging, mulching, weed control, pruning shrubs, and blowing
• Remove litter, leaves, sticks, and debris from lawns, walkways, and common areas
• Support site cleanup and upkeep of commercial properties
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
• Assist crew leaders with various landscaping or maintenance tasks as directed
• Assist with snow and ice removal during winter weather conditions
• Participate in event setup and teardown as needed
• Support other departments with general labor tasks during slower periods
• Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment after training
• Complete daily electronic timesheets accurately and on time
• Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions
