Job Summary

Your hands-on work will involve operating a variety of tools and equipment, performing routine landscape care, and supporting larger construction or hardscape projects. Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure pristine turf areas.
• Maintain landscape beds by planting, weeding, mulching, and pruning trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including edging, trimming, and installing landscape features.
• Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to keep landscapes properly watered.
• Assist with hardscape projects like installing pavers, retaining walls, or walkways under supervision.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and visitors.
• Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or removal using appropriate equipment like chainsaws or excavators.

Requirements

• MUST have valid Drivers License
• Bi-lingual Prefered. (English + Spanish)
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction.
• Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently while working outdoors in various weather conditions.
