Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors and wants to be part of a fun team and an exciting new business. This is a hands-on position working directly with the two founders, Michael and Daniel, on a wide variety of projects on farms, homesteads, and residential properties. This is a part-time position guaranteeing a minimum of 3 work days per week.

Responsibilities

• Build and install raised garden beds, fencing, irrigation systems, and other farm infrastructure
• Using a tractor and batwing mower to cut pastures
• Zero-turn mowing high end lawns.
• Must be proficient in carpentry and fencing.
• Assist with landscape, hardscape, and garden construction.
• Support regenerative practices like composting, mulching, cover cropping, and soil improvement.
• Must be able to operate hand tools, power equipment, tractors and light machinery without oversight.
• Load/unload materials, organize job sites, and help with clean-up.
• Work in all weather conditions and adapt to a variety of tasks.
