The Opportunity

This is a field-driven sales role with real ownership, not a desk job, but not purely fieldwork either.

As an Arborist Sales Representative, you’ll split your time between meeting clients on-site, building proposals, and managing the workflow behind the scenes to keep jobs moving. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow-fast. You’ll be expected to learn quickly, stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of your results and income.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Meet with residential and commercial clients to walk properties and understand their tree and plant health needs * Learn to identify common tree and shrub species, diagnose issues, and recommend practical, science-based solutions (after the training period) * Build clear, accurate proposals using company tools and technology

Manage your work end-to-end* -balancing field visits, client communication, proposals, and administrative follow-through * Stay on top of your pipeline: follow-ups, approvals, scheduling coordination, and job progression * Maintain and grow client relationships through consistent communication, follow-up, and quality service * Work closely with Production teams to ensure jobs are executed safely, correctly, and as sold * Monitor job progress and support quality control to ensure client satisfaction
