What You’ll Do

· Perform or assist with prunning, removal, or hardwear installation .

· Learn and apply safe arboricultural and rigging techniques.

· Learn to evaluate and diagnose tree health and structure concerns.

· Operate urban forestry equipment safely and efficiently.

· Maintain accurate records of work performed and uphold company safety and quality standards.

· Communicate professionally with teammates and clients.

Who We’re Looking For

· Experienced Climbers (1+ year) – skilled in rope and saddle climbing, pruning, and removals

· Trainees / Groundsman – motivated individuals eager to learn and grow into arborist roles

· Self-motivated, career-oriented, and able to work well in a team

· Comfortable working outdoors year-round in a physically active environment

· Valid driver’s license with a clean record (CDL or willingness to obtain a CDL learner’s permit within 30 days a plus).

· Rock climbing or outdoor experience helpful but not required.

· Prior experience in tree care, landscaping, or horticulture beneficial.
