Position Overview

: Genesis 360 seeks a qualified and experienced Tree Care Expert/Bucket Truck Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for tree care duties including tree pruning, removal, and maintenance. This position requires a strong understanding of arboriculture principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain tree care equipment, including bucket trucks, chainsaws, and other hand tools.
• Perform a variety of tree care tasks, including:

o Pruning trees and shrubs

o Removing trees and stumps

o Treating trees for diseases and pests

o Clearing debris and maintaining work areas

• Complete daily progress reports and other necessary documentation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices, including OSHA standards.
• Operate Bucket Truck or Lift
• Assist with other grounds maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Valid Federal Compliant Driver’s License with clean driving record *(gold circle with white star in upper right hand corner of the driver's license)*
• Must successfully pass a driving background check, a federal background check, and a drug test.
• Strong computer skills
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Arborist Certification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
