Job Description

We provide the premium tools; you run the show. We are looking for a highly independent, self-motivated Solo Landscaping Operator to take full ownership of a daily residential and commercial route. If you want the freedom of running your own business without the financial risk of buying expensive equipment, this is the perfect role for you.You will operate solo, manage your daily schedule, and handle client properties from start to finish. We provide a top-tier commercial zero-turn mower, all necessary hand tools, fuel, and a pre-booked client route.What You Will Do:

• Route Ownership: Manage and execute your daily schedule independently.
• Precision Mowing: Safely operate a commercial zero-turn mower on varied terrain.
• Detailing: Perform professional string trimming, edging, and debris blowing.
• Quality Control: Act as the final judge of property quality and customer satisfaction.
• Equipment Care: Perform basic daily maintenance checks (oil, fuel, cleaning).

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers.
• Independence: Proven ability to work long hours alone without direct supervision.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to tow a trailer.
• Stamina: Ability to work physically in hot, outdoor conditions.
• Mindset: A business-owner attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
