### Pay

$19 - $22 per hour (based on experience and performance)

### What You’ll Do

• Mow lawns using commercial equipment
• Trim and edge around walkways, beds, and structures
• Trim shrubs and maintain landscape beds
• Rake, mulch, and perform seasonal cleanup
• Blow off walkways and hard surfaces
• Assist crew leaders with daily property maintenance
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

### What We’re Looking For

*This is a* *physically active job* *that requires working outdoors, lifting, walking, and operating equipment throughout the day.*

• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Experience with commercial mowing equipment preferred
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Availability to work weekends during peak season
