Seasonal Shop & Grounds Maintenance Assistant

EAI Industrial Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to help maintain our shop, equipment, and property.

This is a hands-on position that includes a variety of tasks both indoors and outdoors. No two days are exactly the same. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and can be trusted to work independently and get things done.

Responsibilities may include

• Mowing, trimming, and general grounds maintenance
• Shop cleanup, organization, and housekeeping
• Washing and maintaining vehicles, trailers, and equipment
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Assisting with basic repairs and maintenance projects
• Supporting shop personnel with day-to-day tasks
• Keeping the property clean, safe, and presentable

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and use good judgment
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Experience with lawn equipment, power tools, trailers, or basic maintenance

This is a seasonal full-time position with work expected to continue through the fall. We are more interested in finding someone dependable, motivated, and willing to learn than someone with a long resume. For the right person who proves to be a good fit and valuable member of the team, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
