Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and planting to keep grounds looking their best.
• Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently.
• Assist with irrigation system setup, repair, and seasonal adjustments to ensure healthy plant growth.
• Support gardening activities by planting new greenery, mulching beds, and maintaining flower displays.
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing repair or additional care.
• Use hand tools for detailed landscaping tasks like pruning, edging, or installing new features.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris, leaves, and trash regularly.
• Assist other maintenance staff when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and landscaping practices is a plus.
