**Curran & Company *SEASONAL Full Time* Maintenance/Grounds Keeper**

**Curran & Company consists of running multiple businesses. We own, manage, and maintain over 400 rental units (homes, apartments, commercial) within the Marquette area. In addition, we own, manage and run The Rippling River Resort and a construction company. Sometimes of the year are *very busy;* other times are a bit slower. The perfect applicant for this job will be able to communicate clearly, be able to work confidently and independently, and be willing to do anything the job entails.

• This job entails:
• Light maintenance, lawn maintenance and painting
• Speaking with current and prospective tenants
• Good mechanical abilities

Additional Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Good verbal skills
• Accuracy and thoroughness
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean criminal background

Pay & Availability

* Pay = Starting at $17 per hour

Job Duties to Include, but not Limited To

+ Painting + Using back-pack blower +

Sweeping +

+ Lawn mowing + Landscaping + Snow blowing

+ Weed-wacking + Tree & shrub planting + Tractor experience helpful (not required)

+ Other duties to be added as time goes on

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
