No landscaping experience? That is okay. We will train dependable people who are ready to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Mow, trim, edge, weed, mulch, and clean landscaped areas
• Help with debris removal and grounds cleanup
• Learn to safely use mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Assist with lawn, turf, and landscape maintenance projects
• Work outdoors with a crew and follow direction from experienced leaders
• Put safety first every day

What We Need From You

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
• Willingness to learn, follow safety rules, and work as part of a team
• Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work during busy periods
• Landscaping, lawn care, mowing, weed control, irrigation, or pesticide experience is helpful—but not required

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain Fort Sill base access
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
• Valid driver’s license preferred
