Role Overview

As a Regional Landscape Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the appearance, functionality, sustainability, and long-term value of our communities. Serving as a trusted business partner to Investments, Development, Construction, and Operations leaders, you will oversee the full lifecycle of landscape maintenance, capital improvement, and enhancement projects across multiple markets. Your expertise will directly influence resident experience, asset performance, curb appeal, operational efficiency, and investment outcomes. This is an opportunity to lead transformative projects, drive strategic decision-making, and make a visible impact on communities while partnering with talented cross-functional teams committed to excellence.

In this highly visible role, you will manage the full lifecycle of landscape initiatives—from budgeting, due diligence, and project planning to execution, quality control, and completion. You will be responsible for ensuring landscape projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while supporting acquisition efforts, driving sustainability initiatives, and partnering with stakeholders to create exceptional community environments.
