The Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial landscape, hardscape and masonry projects ranging from $500K to $5M. You'll own projects from kickoff to closeout — managing crews, subcontractors, budgets, and client relationships — while working alongside a talented operations team that has your back. This is a high-impact role with real ownership, competitive pay, and room to grow.

Compensation & Benefits

* Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience)

Key Result Areas

* Lead and manage commercial hardscape/masonry projects from groundbreaking to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec

* Manage and mentor superintendents, team leads, and crew members on active job sites

* Read and interpret blueprints and plans; execute projects as specified

* Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors

* Monitor job site progress and quality; inspect and direct labor of team members and subcontractors
