Project Manager, Landscape Construction

Overview

The Project Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing landscape construction projects from planning through completion. This role ensures that all field operations are executed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards while meeting schedule, budget, and client expectations. The PM coordinates managers, Foremen, crews, subcontractors, and jobsite execution while coordinating closely with office leadership and the Project Account Manager. Responsibilities

• Lead landscape construction projects from mobilization through completion
• Coordinate with Foremen, crews, subcontractors, and field operations
• Suggest construction sequencing, methods, and jobsite execution
• Ensure quality, safety, and design intent are maintained
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant job sites
• Organize daily and weekly construction schedules
• Assign crew, equipment, and resources to active projects
• Coordinate material availability and jobsite readiness
• Communicate production goals and deadlines with field teams
• Review plans, drawings, and field conditions to make real-time decisions
• Ensure workmanship quality and correct deficiencies when needed
• Conduct site inspections and support warranty evaluations
• Coordinate daily with Foremen, crews, and subcontractors
• Communicate project progress, risks, and delays to office leadership
• Support coordination with clients, Landscape Architects, and Project Account Managers
• Ensure alignment between field execution and project expectations
• Help successfully manage the relationship with clients, outside Architects, and General Contractors
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Construction Manager
