See Green, Inc. is in search of a Lawn and Landscape Team Member with professional experience in the lawn and landscape industry, with an emphasis on mowing and landscaping.

Successful candidates should possess the ability to operate a truck with trailers and lawn equipment, and collaborate efficiently with team members to meet deadlines. This role involves moderate to heavy physical exertion in various weather conditions. Summary: Responsible for delivering high-quality lawn and landscape services safely and efficiently. The position directly reports to the foreman or company owner.

• Mowing: Proficient in striping the turf professionally
• Quality mowing technique and pace
• Ground Maintenance: Installation of landscape materials for construction/maintenance projects
• Acting in the company’s best interest while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Care for and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Perform physically demanding installation work consistently
• Collaborate effectively with co-workers to complete jobs promptly
• Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without compromising safety, customer service, or work quality
• Communicate accurate timekeeping records, submitted for review and signoff within the required timeline
• Cleanup of property using commercial equipment
• Soil preparation for flower and plant installation
• Installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs
• Cleanup of landscape beds during spring operations
• Apply mulch to landscape beds
