Porter / Groundskeeper

We own and manage our beautiful communities and are looking for a motivated new employee to join our family. Weinstein Properties is based out of Richmond, VA and has communities throughout VA, NC, TN, TX and GA.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Porter to help with property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance at the following location:

Duluth, GA

PAY: $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses. This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule. Birthday is a paid day off!

Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds a plus.

Job Duties Include

• Daily Grounds Pick up
• Exterior Maintenance - paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking areas
• Clean Clubhouse and Property Amenities
• Clean Swimming Pool
• Preventative Maintenance
