Part-Time Landscape Maintenance & Property Custodian

The Crestwood Condominium Hotel is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to assist with landscape maintenance and property upkeep. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful property.

Responsibilities

• Weeding landscape beds
• Deadheading flowers and general plant care
• Shrub and perennial maintenance
• Mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep
• Picking up litter and maintaining clean outdoor spaces
• Assisting with light custodial and property maintenance tasks

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of common landscape plants and weeds, including the ability to identify weeds and properly maintain ornamental plants, shrubs, and flower beds
• Basic conversational English and Spanish preferred. Ability to communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking coworkers and supervisors is a plus.

The ideal candidate has experience caring for landscaped grounds, can identify and remove weeds without damaging desirable plants, is dependable, proactive, and enjoys working outdoors in a beautiful mountain setting.
