This is a dynamic, hands-on role that bridges logistics, equipment operation, and preventative maintenance. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that the right materials and machinery arrive at our job sites safely and on time, while maintaining the tools that power our business.

Key Responsibilities

• In-House Deliveries & Logistics: Safely operate a company non-CDL (25,950GVW) Hino L7D with Switch N Go system to transport construction materials and machinery to various job sites.
• Equipment Operation: Load, unload, and maneuver equipment on-site, and confidently operate track loaders, mini-excavators, and other light construction machinery.
• Fleet & Asset Maintenance: Perform routine, preventative maintenance on landscape and construction equipment (e.g., greasing joints, checking fluid levels, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues).
• Shop & Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment. Keep track of small tools and parts inventory to minimize downtime for field crews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping, construction, logistics, or a mechanical support role; OR a recent graduate/current student of a relevant trade school program (e.g., Automotive/Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Operation, or Building Trades).
