Landscape Laborer for Hardscaping and Landscaping

Job Summary

As a Landscape Laborer, you will work in a crew of 2–3 members to maintain and enhance beautiful residential and commercial properties in the Malvern area.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Maintenance: Perform professional mowing, string trimming, weeding, and pruning.
• Enhancements: Assist with seasonal mulching, flower/shrub plantings, and property cleanups.
• Equipment Use: Safely operate landscaping power tools, including zero-turn mowers, blowers, and weed eaters.
• Site Care: Help load/unload materials and ensure job sites are kept clean and professional.

Requirements

• Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and arrive on time for early morning shifts.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to our shop in Malvern.
• Experience: Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
• License: A valid Driver’s License is preferred but not necessary
