Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape/Hardscape Foreman to lead our outdoor projects with enthusiasm and precision. Duties

• Construct and coordinate landscape and hardscape installation projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, planting beds,
• Lead a team of crew members, providing clear instructions, training, and motivation to ensure safe and efficient work practices
• Oversee site preparation, grading, soil improvement, planting, lawn care, and ongoing maintenance tasks
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, project specifications, and quality control measures
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and project managers to plan schedules and resolve on-site challenges promptly
• Conduct inspections of completed work to guarantee durability, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to design plans
• Maintain equipment and tools in excellent condition; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or hardscape projects
• Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, lawn care.
• Knowledge of construction techniques related to patios, retaining walls, pathways, and other hardscape features
• Familiarity with plant selection, soil health practices, pest management and general landscaping principles
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
