Core Responsibilities

• Operate Equipment: Run commercial zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, weed eaters, edgers, and leaf blowers safely.
• Property Maintenance: Perform precise mowing, line trimming, mechanical edging, and thorough property cleanups.
• Detailing: Blow clippings off driveways, walkways, and patios to leave every job site spotless.
• Equipment Care: Conduct daily basic maintenance checks on tools, including checking fluids and cleaning mower decks.
• Teamwork: Work efficiently with crew members to meet daily route schedules while maintaining high quality standards. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Equipment Experience: Proven experience operating commercial-grade lawn mowers and power tools.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to Detail: Eye for straight mowing lines, even trimming heights, and clean property edges.
• Reliability: Dependable transportation to the shop and a strong track record of punctive attendance.
