Overview

: We are seeking a skilled Masonry/Hardscape Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both masonry, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. We are a small growing company . Key Responsibilities

:

• Construct and repair masonry structures such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and stone veneers.
• Operate and maintain landscaping and masonry equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Excavation Experience
• Assess project sites and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their landscaping and masonry needs.Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in and masonry and hardscaping work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.
• Proficient in using landscaping and masonry tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred

:

• Certification in landscaping or masonry.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly landscape practices.

Physical Requirements

:

• Ability to lift materials and equipment.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
