Landscaping & Hardscaping Installations Foreman

KG Landscape Management is looking for a skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team.

KG Landscape Management is located in Blaine, MN and has been in business since 2003 specializing in large to mid sized landscape design/build projects in the Twin Cities. These projects often include: paver patio installations, grading work, retaining walls, French drains, bobcat work, light irrigation work, installation of new plantings, and more. We also provide commercial and residential snow removal services in the winter.

We are looking for hardworking candidates that are passionate about landscaping and enjoy working outdoors. We are looking for hands on type people that love working in the field. We also have a large snow removal operation in the winter to keep our staff busy in the winter too.

$30 - $40 Hourly DOQ,

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads crews in the build of complex outdoor living and landscape projects
• Provides direction and coaching of crew to ensure quality outcome
• Provides mentorship and training to other team members
• Takes lead on communicating with customer, account manager/designer and internal team
• Demonstrates the ability to safely operate equipment required for landscape installation
• Proficient in reading and executing on landscape design prints
• Stays up to date on current industry standards and techniques
• Ability to identify and install plants per landscape plan
• Ability to keep jobs on schedule, on budget and maintaining quality standards
• Ensures safety procedures are followed, any incidents are reported and properly documented
• Meets timelines and quality standards for all deliverables including record keeping
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment per company policy
• Demonstrates leadership skills that drive a high performing team
