Maintenance Gurus is a growing commercial maintenance company providing handyman, plumbing, and facility maintenance services to commercial clients throughout multiple states. We are seeking dependable, professional technicians looking for long-term opportunities.

Compensation

$30–$42+ per hour

Compensation is based on verified certifications, licensing status, trade qualifications, and demonstrated skill level.

Responsibilities

• Complete commercial maintenance and repair work orders.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and installations.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide solutions.
• Complete work orders professionally and on time.
• Communicate effectively with management and field directors.
• Upload photos and documentation upon job completion.

Requirements

• Own professional-grade tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Ability to travel to commercial job sites.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• On-call rotation: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Weekend work available but not mandatory.
