Lead Landscaper

Job Overview

Good Tides Construction is a turn-key exterior design and construction company that completes all facets of Outdoor Living projects. We are looking for a candidate that has a strong skillset in high-end Landscaping and someone who is able and willing to contribute to our landscape/hardscape designs and installation projects. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Having experience in hardscape installs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of complete high quality designs in a timely manor.
• Execute Landscape plans with precision.
• Think and preform critically in order to correct design changes on the fly.
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards and project specifications.
• Assist in turnkey installation of landscaping including but not limited to: plant/soil removal and installation, low voltage landscape lighting install, irrigation, hardscape/turf install.

Qualifications (Required)

• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background & Drug Test and have (3) years clean driving history.
• Proven experience as a Lead Landscaper, with a minimum of (5) years of hands-on Landscaping experience.
• Strong knowledge of industry standard techniques and materials.
• Ability to read & interpret plans, pull layouts, frame and execute all aspects of the Landscape Design.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor consistently throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Experience running heavy machinery is required.
