Lawn Maintenance/Landscape Crew Member

LTR Property Services is looking for a motivated & reliable individual for lawn & landscape maintenance. Specializing in outdoor maintenance of high-end lake homes around the Gull Lake/Crosslake area, attention to detail or the ability to learn is a must!

Job responsibilities include

-Spring & fall cleanup (blowing and cleanup of leaves/debris from lawns)

-Weekly lawn mowing, trimming & blowing during summer months

-Mulch installation & landscape maintenance

-Opportunities for winter snow work are available

Requirements

-Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, & consistently show up on time

-Are able to lift 50 lbs +

-Willing to learn new skills, have a positive attitude & must be reliable

-Have an eye for detail & the ability to provide clients with a high level of quality service

-Maintain a professional appearance on the job & around customers

-Typical hours are Monday-Friday 730-530, but can vary with weather & time of year.

-Looking for an individual who can work all season (mid April-November) with optional winter work

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
