Schoony’s Lawn Care is a growing property maintenance company focused on delivering high-quality work and dependable service. We’re looking for an experienced Crew Leader who can lead by example, produce quality results, and keep jobs running efficiently every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a lawn care crew on daily routes
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and property maintenance
• Complete spring and fall cleanups
• Install mulch, plants, and perform light landscaping projects
• Safely operate and oversee the use of commercial lawn care equipment
• Train and mentor crew members
• Maintain productivity while promoting a safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed
• Report job progress and any issues to management

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card before employment begins — NO EXCEPTIONS
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous lawn care or landscape crew leadership experience preferred
• Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable, dependable, and able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
