Lawn Care Worker

• Mowing and Trimming: Regularly operate lawn mowers and trimmers to maintain grass height and ensure a neat appearance. Adjust mowing patterns based on seasonal growth and customer preferences
• Fertilization and Weed Control: Apply fertilizers and herbicides according to established schedules and safety guidelines. Monitor plant health and identify weeds, implementing appropriate control measures to promote healthy growth
• Landscape Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of flower beds, shrubs, and trees, including pruning, mulching, and planting. Ensure the overall aesthetic appeal of the landscape is upheld
• Irrigation Management: Inspect and maintain irrigation systems, including sprinklers and drip lines. Adjust watering schedules based on weather conditions and specific lawn needs to ensure optimal hydration
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair lawn care equipment to ensure it operates efficiently and safely. This includes cleaning, sharpening blades, and performing routine checks
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to discuss their landscaping goals, provide recommendations, and address any concerns regarding lawn care practices

Pay: $20.00 - $21.75 per hour
